Capacity for KETO ANYWHERE Personal Coaching is limited. Prior to any coaching you complete the form below. This will help with knowing where you’re at in your journey, help understand your needs and confirm that KETO ANYWHERE’s Personal Coaching can help you.
If there is capacity you’ll receive a proposal detailing how many coaching sessions to consider which might range from a one-time 30 minute session to more or longer sessions along with pricing.
The initial coaching session will include introductions as well as follow up questions based on details submitted through the form to ensure we agree on your ‘why’.
From there coaching might follow different paths depending on your needs and could range from one-time coaching to boost your understanding or approach to Keto or Low Carb to helping through an informal conversation or regular sessions where we’d define a plan with goals or explore multiple topics. Tailored to you.
Coaching sessions will take place as phone consults ideally with video chat and can be scheduled most weekday evenings between 8-10pm CST (Chicago) and on the weekends.
